Here's how it works: Once your order is confirmed and our product is injected, you’re your tank or delivered to your satisfaction, you can release the payment using the MT103 bank transfer. This approach safeguards both parties' interests by ensuring that you have the opportunity to inspect and verify the received product before finalising the payment.

Ensuring the legitimacy and authenticity of our deals is a cornerstone of OctaGenix Energy's commitment to transparency and client satisfaction. We understand the importance of verifying deals, and that's why we have implemented a stringent verification process to give you complete confidence in your transactions with us.

First and foremost, we conduct rigorous audits of every refinery we collaborate with. Our auditing process involves a comprehensive assessment of the refinery's operations, quality control procedures, and compliance with industry standards. After signing the contract between the seller and the buyer, OctaGenix Energy will provide the following documents to verify the authenticity of the petroleum product. 

• SGS report for quality and quantity not older than 48 hours 
• Product Certificate of Origin
  Product injection report 
• Tank storage receipt with full GPS coordinates 
• Unconditional dip test authorisation letter
